I got jealous watching my friends drink out of fancy cups while playing DnD so I decided to make my own. I wanted it to match my character who was a drunk barbarian named Tavern so I feel like this is what he would use to drink out of and get into fights with. This is made out of real wood and steel so its fairly heavy and it’s definitely not a stand and sip type deal. The inside is finished with a food safe epoxy and the bottom of the axe head functions as a bottle opener. I’ve been using this mug for a few years now and everything seems to be holding up very nicely! If you want to know more about this project check out my build video for it.
